Due to the nature of our product and customization features, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement after confirming the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, most orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.
